Critcally acclaimed chef, Ben Spalding, has trained and worked at some of the world’s finest Michelin starred restaurants including The Fat Duck, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and Per Se.

We are so pleased to be working with Ben on his latest series of ‘World Dinners’. His ‘Italy’ dinners on 24th and 25th March sees Ben cooking with some of our finest Italian produce, with our very own MD Franco Fubini joining in to speak about these unique ingredients.
